THIS 8-WEEK PROGRAM IS GEARED TOWARD BEGINNERS. IT IS DESIGNED FOR RUNNERS THAT HAVE NEVER RUN A 10K BUT HAVE RUN AT LEAST ONE 5K AND HAVE A TIME GOAL FOR THEIR FIRST 10K.

This program includes 4 days of running, 2 days of stretching and strengthening activities and 1 day of rest.

Upon purchase you will be directed to a link for downloading the entire 8-week plan.
